If there are teenagers in your home, you know that the struggle over screen time is real.  Setting limits on screen time seems to be one of the biggest challenges facing parents today.  Beyond being a distraction, children are becoming increasingly anxious about their online image which means that the more active your child is on social media, the more susceptible they are to stress and anxiety.  Here are some suggestions on what you can do to help your child manage their screen time:  set boundaries for when screens are allowed, set a technology curfew where EVERYONE puts away their devices (yes, that means you too!) and have ongoing conversations about replacing screen time with other worthwhile activities.
